For a creative new campaign, ‘A Kitchen Lived In: Perception vs Reality’, British designer and retailer Wren Kitchens teamed up with 5 popular parent bloggers to show the world what really lies beneath all those ‘perfect’ Instagram pics. The project shows how cropping, choosing the right angle and right filters, can make a messy photo look like a perfect portrait.
“Parenting bloggers are particularly pressured to perceive themselves as the perfect parents with the perfect life and the perfect kitchen on their blogs,” Wren Kitchens explain. “We asked them to show us their true reality behind the ‘perfect family’ perception.”
