Jamie Raines was born as what a large portion of us would consider to be a young lady, yet that never felt right to him. On October 8th, in the wake of experiencing 3 years of testosterone hormone treatment, Raimes has published a time-lapse video to the world highlighting 1,400 photographs that show his emotional sexual orientation move.

This is Jamie at 18 y.o, and his testosterone gel! The beginning of a great change..
At first, the changes were nearly not noticeable..
“4 years old was when I had my earliest memory of knowing I was male”
“I realized I was different from the other boys but I was desperate to fit in with them”
“Then I hit puberty and that’s not a fun time… I felt a lot more pressure to fit in with girls”
Now it is noticeable that his face is a bit longer..
And we can notice that his facial hair slowly appears..
“I started experimenting and I just knew it was right for me… it felt right”
“I’d always felt male… being able to live as a male was just a great feeling”
Jamie`s girlfriend Shaaba supports him and his decisions!
“Patience is your best friend with transitioning and it’s good to surround yourself with a community or friends and family that will support you – either online or in real life. Ask questions of people who’ve already gone through it. It feels like it takes ages for things to start happening but then when it does start everything changes really quickly. Now people are surprised when I tell them I’m trans. I had a job interview recently and when I told them they thought I was going to transition from male to female!”
